  • How long do I get the rental for?
    Our rentals are for a full day of fun! Most companies will give you a time limit, but here at Shore Bounce Rentals we want you to enjoy your event without pressures of any time constraints. You pick the amount of hours needed for the rental and we will take care of the rest! Full day is up to 8 hrs. We do not charge if some additional time is needed for the day.
  • Do you take a deposit?
    Yes, we require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is taken before your delivery.
  • Which payment methods do you accept?
    We take credit/debit cards and cash. Cash is only accepted for the remaining balance. PayPal can be paid via online invoices.
  • Do you clean and sanitize your equipment?
    YES! The cleanliness of our equipment is a top priority. We use eco-friendly cleaning and sanitizing solution before each use to ensure our equipment is clean and ready for your event. Our crew will wipe down the equipment once it is set up prior to use.
  • What type of surface can you set up on?
    We can set up on grass, asphalt, or concrete. However, we can't set up on any type of rocks as they sometimes have sharp points and we cant risk damage to our equipment.
  • How do I make a reservation/quote?
    It’s easy – you can request a quote online, email us, or give us call . You let us know what you're interested in and our friendly staff will help you choose the best option for your party/event.
  • What is your cancellation policy?
    If you cancel less than two weeks prior to your event a refund of your deposit will not be given, however, we will give you a rain check that will be good for one year to use. If you have to cancel because of the weather, you can choose a rain date or a refund of your deposit will be given.
